3. What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

4. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us at info@acegolfgloves.com.au. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send the item back without first requesting a return.

5. What is the shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We offer domestic (Australia wide) shipping and international shipping to all countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic orders over $90 AUD, we offer free shipping.

6. How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@acegolfgloves.com.au with your name and order number.

7. Can I exchange my gloves for a different size or hand?

If you have ordered the wrong size glove or the wrong hand, please contact us. As long as the product is in the same condition as received, we can exchange it for you. The fastest way to ensure you get the correct size or hand is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges will need to be covered by the customer.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

9. Can I return a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
